A former Chef Instructor at Johnson and Wales University
in Rhode Island, Chef Neiman has also taught at the
Rhode Island School of Design, Lorretta Paganini’s
and Zona Spreys Cooking Schools. We are pleased to offer
hands-on culinary classes at Sage Creek Foods and Catering,
always pairing industry experts with fascinating subjects
for a fun, information-filled morning of discussion
and tasting.
Classes are held at Sage Creek Foods and Catering,
lasting three hours. A short introduction to the subject
matter is followed by preparation of the assigned dishes
by small groups. At the end of the class, each group
shares its dishes with the class, including tasting
and discussion.
