Edward Neiman – Owner/Executive Chef
Chef Neiman has over 25 years experience in the culinary
arts, from a position as Chef Instructor at the prestigious
Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island to the
past twelve years as the Executive Chef at the tony
Maidstone Club in New York’s Hamptons on Long
Island. It was there that he led a large brigade of
chefs servicing the socialites and celebrities of New
York for their special celebrations. The many notables
at Chef Neiman’s table have included Prince Andrew
of England, Paul McCartney, Dina Merill, Cliff Robertson,
the families of Chevy and Janie Chase, Meryl Streep,
William Simon, Gwenyth Paltrow, Martha Stewart and the
Howard Dean Family, to name a few.
In the course of his training and experience, Chef
Neiman has studied and dined his way through France
and the United States, developing a diverse repertoire
of culinary delights to bring out to Evergreen and Sage
Creek Foods and Catering. His passion for well-conceived
and prepared meals is a great resource for party planning
and home dining enjoyment.
Christine Neiman - Owner and Business Manager
Christine Neiman brings to Sage Creek Foods a strong
background in leadership developed in multiple professional
fields. While managing service staff for thirteen years
at the Maidstone Club on Long Island, she simultaneously
wore hats as the Club's Medical Director and on-site
trainer in CPR, First Aid and AED. Christine pursued
her career simultaneously outside of the Club, holding
titles as Emergency Medical Technician, Advanced Medical
Technician in Critical Care, Basic Life Support Instructor
and First Aid Instructor as well as being certified
in Pediatric Basic Life Support and Advanced Life Support
while serving as a volunteer for the Springs Fire Department
and the Sag Harbor Ambulance Corporation.
Experienced in off-site catering and party planning,
Christine now utilizes her diverse talents as Business
Manager of Sage Creek Foods, maintaining associate personnel
files and directing the financial direction of the business.
